INTRODUCTION WORKSHOP:

This workshop is for persons who are motivated to understand how to apply the I Ching to their everyday lives. Beyond seeing the book of change as a tapestry of history, mystery, and lore, is used to determine and define a persons' inner development.

~ Explain the I Ching is a source of inexhaustible spiritual nourishment and fundamental building blocks of a successful life.

~ Explain the I Ching is a source of guidance or book of wisdom rather than as a divination tool for telling the future

~ Explain the I Ching is an external source of guidance, which also provides an invaluable aid in developing and cleaning the internal source of guidance of your own good character.

This workshop will explain the underling sometimes-unknowable direction in which life proceeds based on the I Ching.

A brief statement on love as the all-important source of chi energy, which nourishes both body and soul based on the I Ching. This carries the promise of the fulfillment of persons life's purpose, and the completion of their spiritual development.

BEGINNERS SEMINAR:

This seminar is for persons who are motivated to learn how to use and apply the I Ching to their everyday lives. The I Ching is a source of inexhaustible spiritual nourishment and fundamental building blocks of a successful life.

This seminar will be based on using the I Ching as a source of guidance or book of wisdom rather than as a divination tool for telling the future. The I Ching is an external source of guidance, which also provides an invaluable aid in developing and cleaning the internal source of guidance of your own good character. The attendees will learn, through group and individual practice, an active way of communicating with the Sage (entity) that speaks through the I Ching. The seminar will demonstrate how the I Ching can be used as a guide to help the participant identify and deal with basic attitudes that repetitively cause problems in their lives, because they are not in harmony with the way the Cosmos works.

The seminar will explain the key terms in the I Ching that describe the way the human psyche works, and that lead to self-understanding.

INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP:

This workshop is for persons who are motivated in actively exploring and applying the ancient system of wisdom to their everyday lives. The workshop will be based on the I Ching as a source of guidance where the various response of the individuals' true feelings meet the universal teacher whom speaks through the I Ching.

The first goal of the workshop is to recognize:

~ Explain the key terms in the I Ching that describe the way the human psyche works.
~ Explain the daily I Ching experiments that will eventually lead the persons to greater self-understandings.
~ Explain the workings of Fate, and how to become free of it.
~ Explain the mechanism of projections and how ideas and beliefs create an unwanted reality.
~ Explain basic spiritual values based on the I Ching.
~ Explain the elements that can cause blockages of Chi in our body and in our environment, and learn how we can free ourselves from them.

The second goal of the workshop is to practice:

~ Learn how to use and apply the I Ching to persons' everyday lives rather than as a divination tool for telling the future.
~ To use the ancient Chinese art of wisdom and change, as their primary guide.
~ Learn to use meditation in combination with the I Ching Way.

ADVANCED SEMINAR:

This seminar is for participants who regard the I Ching as their primary guide, and have used it on a regular basis for at least a year.

The first goal of the seminar is to recognize:

The difference in the two layer and the cultural layers of the classic I Ching text: the hidden layer and the cultural layer. The hidden layer is perceived when the I Ching is used as a source of guidance; it reveals the true causes of things. The cultural layer is the obvious layer of the I Ching text. This layer is based on conventional beliefs about the causes of things. Understanding the true causes of things brings one in contact with the help that is available for all aspects of one's life.

~ Explained is a new understanding of the human psyche and its workings.
~ Explained is the I Ching perspective (gained from its hidden layer) of how the Cosmos works, and how humans, as aspects of the Cosmic whole, interface with these workings.

The second goal of the seminar is to practice:

~ Use of the retrospective yea/no method as a means of understanding the Sage's message in regard to the particulars of each new situation.
~ To use the I Ching, in combination with this method, to identify and correct hidden causes that invite repetitive problems into our lives, including failure of our relationships, ill health, financial difficulties, and mental problems from anxieties to those of a more serious nature.
